How to arrange it yourself
You buy the e-matrica directly from the Hungarian toll service. It takes a few minutes and you only pay the official tariff.
- Open nationaltoll.huThe official sales point of the Hungarian toll service, available directly in English.
- Register your number plateThe e-matrica is linked to your number plate. Check it carefully before you pay.
- Valid immediatelyAfter payment the e-matrica is valid immediately. You receive a digital confirmation, nothing goes on the windscreen.
Driving through Austria?
If you are driving to Hungary, your route usually runs across the Austrian motorways. The Austrian part of your route is something we do arrange for you: the digital vignette on your number plate, from € 19,95.
